Design Rationale:

We have prepared compounds belonging to this series in cancer stem cell inhibitor project. Few of these compounds were potent cancer stem cell (CSC) inhibitors in cell-based assays Looking at the collection of chloroacetamides you have in your repertoire, I firmly believe that these fragments will be a great addition to initiate a fruitful design project. We can ship these compounds for testing and even the follow-up, more drug-like compounds starting from these chemical probes, for experimentation and testing. Kindly let us know.
