The racemate including JAG-UCB-a3ef7265-20 is a potent non-covalent hit. The enantiomer O=C(Nc1nncn1C1CC1)[C@@H]1CCOc2ccc(Cl)cc21 (as originally submitted in JAG-UCB-a3ef7265-20) is suspected to be most potent. Thus, we are now getting these enantiopure compounds. This one is suspected to be less active.
