The design was made by eye, for hits 0072, and 0387, due to its proximity and electronic density, thinking of a drug that would act on the outside of the main structure, due to its geometric arrangement, volume and rigidity moiety. In addition, when proposing possible combinations, a similarity was found with the already known and approved drug Isoniazid, used in tuberculosis, which implies a relatively easy synthesis.
