Design Rationale:
Using Chimera, I went through the list of non-covalent hits in the active site and saw x0434 and x0540 had ring structures that overlapped very well. Both hits had multiple interactions with the surrounding protease that made them favorable. Additionally, three rings would provide stability to the molecule.
