Design Rationale:

PX12 is thought to irreversibly inhibit thioredoxin by forming a covalent bond with a non-catalytic Cys of thioredoxin. Might be worth adding to our arsenal of S-S bond forming prodrugs etc etc of the Plavix, PPIs, ilk. Like X2119.
