Design Rationale:

More Mpro covalent inhibitors made @ Sussex by Dr Storm Hassell-Hart and sent to Antony Aimon @ Diamond today. Nice opportunity to compare a Gly vs a Leu-based piperazine as we have like-for-like comparisons here.
