Design Rationale:

Conjugation of Mpro inhibitors to ligands that recruit the CRL4 CRBN ligase complex with the aim of producing compounds that can both inhibit protease activity and induce protein degradation. Linkers would require significant optimisation and combining with selective covalent inhibitors could be effective.
